DEMA - Danish Emergency Management Agency
The Danish Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) is a governmental agency under the Ministry of the Defense. The principal task of DEMA is to manage the National Rescue Preparedness Corps, to supervise the national and municipal rescue preparedness and to advice the authorities on matters of preparedness. The IHP focal point is the Director of the Operational Department. International deployments are managed by the International Section.
ERB - Estonian Rescue Board
The Estonian Rescue Board (ERB) is a governmental organization under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Interior, which has a leading function in the field of rescue activities, implements state supervision and applies state compulsion on the basis and in the scope prescribed by law. The ERB has a leading role in planning preparedness for emergencies and the operational management of the rescue services. It is also responsible for the development and implementation of national rescue policies. The IHP focal point for ERB is the Head of the International Relations Office.
CMC - Crisis Management Centre Finland
CMC Finland, under Ministry of the Interior, is responsible of operational activities in Finland. CMC Finland organize and deploy it's assessets, Finnish Rescue Finland (FRF) according the decision made by MoI. Finland's international rescue deployment (Finn Rescue Finland - FRF) is an emergency roster composed of crew from the regional emergency departments and assosiations like dog handlers assosiation. The focal point is the Head of the Civil Potection Team in CMC Finland.

DCPEP - Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Planning
The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Planning (DCPEP) reports to the Ministry of Justice and the Police. Its activities are organized around 20 civil defense districts, five civil defense camps, five schools and five regional inspectorates for inspection and control of electrical safety. The IHP focal point is the Director of Civil Defense.

MSB – Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (former SRSA Sweden)
The Swedish Civil Contingency Agencies (MSB) is the central supervisory government authority for the rescue services in Sweden. MSB has a large international department, headed by the Director for Humanitarian Operations, who is also the IHP focal point.

N-MFA – Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the IHP member organization for the Netherlands. IHP is managed by the division for humanitarian aid. The IHP focal point is an emergency aid specialist.
